What happens after I pay my tuition deposit?
Once your deposit is paid, the textbook and New Student Orientation documents are sent to your home address within 5 business days of your registration. Registration will then contact you by phone and provide a walk thru on the New Student Orientation document to help you get started. During orientation you will learn: how to get access to and use our live webcam classroom session, how to use the self study, instructor introduction and contact information, user ID and password setup information and get access to the vast student support services ITI Tech provides to you, how you can communicate with other ITI Tech students, how to complete a course and instructor evaluation, etc., these and much more will be reviewed to help you get started.
How do I complete a course at ITI Tech?
Students complete 10 - 20 lessons to satisfy requirements for a course. Lessons can be completed using either self study or by attending live webcam classroom sessions over the internet.
How does Self-Study work:
Students follow step-by-step instructions to complete the lessons for a course. Although computer
and online access is not required, email services are needed. Self study instructions are available in
hard copy or online. Exams, exercises, lectures and discussions for the course are all included
as part of the self-study instructions. Students have 24/7 access to their instructor for
assistance and support.
How a live Webcam classroom session work:
Students use a supplied link, user id and password to gain access into a live webcam
classroom session. Each webcam classroom session is conducted by an instructor.
Instructor and students can communicate by voice, instant messaging or chat and see
each other by video/videoconference**. All information shared can be seen / heard by
all participants. Most webcam class sessions meet twice weekly and are 2 hours long.
ITI Tech offer students the flexibility to learn by either self study or live webcam classroom sessions.
Whether self study or live webcam is chosen, complete instructor interaction and support is included.
Is home study something new?

What happens if I decide to drop out of my program?
Once you enroll in a program, you'll have up to 14 days to review the first study module. If you decide for any reason not to continue, you can contact the school and return the module to ITI Technical College with a brief note stating that you do not wish to continue. You will have absolutely no further obligation. After 14 days, cancellation fees may be applicable based on the trade school regulations where you reside.
Will these programs really help me get a job?

Although ITI cannot guarantee you a job or career advancement - traditionally, employers recognize the value of a diploma, which serves as an attestation to your knowledge in the career field you have chosen.
