Call Center Specialist is a five-course, application based
certificate program. Students enrolled in this program will learn2about
and develop critical call center management skills with an emphasis on
both strategic and tactical call center personnel, operations, and
customer relationship management. This program provides the forum for
understanding, utilizing, and capitalizing on emerging trends in the
call center environment. Individuals employed in this field
usually perform such functions as: respond to emergency calls
relating to a specific area of support. They usually follow established
emergency protocol that is issue specific. This person also operate call
center equipment and report to a Information Center manager.
