What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how ITI Business College treats personal information that ITI Business College collects and receives, including information related to your past use of ITI Business College products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that ITI Business College does not own or control, or to people that ITI Business College does not employ or manage.
General
ITI Business College collects personal information when you register with ITI Business College, when you use ITI Business College products or services, when you visit ITI Business College pages or the pages of certain ITI Business College partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, zip code. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your address and Social Security number. Once you register with ITI Business College and enroll in to our courses, you are not anonymous to us. ITI Business College may collect information about your transactions. ITI Business College may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, ITI Business College cookie information, and the page you request. ITI Business College may use information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and may provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Children
When a child under age 18 attempts to enroll with ITI Business College , we ask that he or she also submit a completed parental document to parent or guardian and obtain parental permission.
ITI Business College does not ask a child under age 18 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion
Information Sharing and Disclosure
ITI Business College does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ITI Business College under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help ITI Business College communicate with you about offers from ITI Business College and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 18. Parents have the option of allowing ITI Business College to collect and use their child's information without consenting to ITI Business College. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ITI Business College's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. We transfer information about you if ITI Business College is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, ITI Business College will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. When ITI Business College displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.
ITI Business College does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. ITI Business College advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders), educational companies and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies). ITI Business College works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.
Cookies
ITI Business College may set and access ITI Business College cookies on your computer.
ITI Business College lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to ITI Business College's cookies. ITI Business College uses web beacons to access ITI Business College cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with ITI Business College products and services. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the ITI Business College service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and information the ITI Business College needs to make you aware of. Confidentiality and Security. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
ITI Business College may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your ITI Business College account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
GI Bill Students:
Students taking programs under the GI Bill have a 10-day waiting period. If you cancel within the initial 10-day period, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. If you cancel after the 10-day period, but before completing any assignment, your tuition will be refunded, less a registration fee, not to exceed 10% of your tuition or $50.00 dollars, whichever is less. If you cancel after completion of less than 25% of the program assignments, we will retain 25% of the tuition. If you cancel after completing 25%, but less than 50% of the program assignments, we will retain 50% of your tuition. In addition to the registration fee, if applicable, ITI Business College retains the administrative and shipping and handling fees. If you cancel after completing 50% or more of your program assignments, you will be responsible for the total program tuition, plus any applicable fees.PIVACY POLICY:
We make your information available to other organizations offering products and services that may interest you. However, we do not share your email addresses. If you wish us not to disclose this information, please mail your name and address requesting to "OPT OUT" to ITI Business College, Privacy Policy Dept., 18250 Harwood Avenue, IL 60430.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
By signing this agreement, I agree to abide by all the standards and policies outlined in the ITI Business College Career School Student Handbook.NOTICE TO GUARANTOR -
You are being asked to guarantee payment to ITI Business College for the tuition and fees of the student listed on this agreement, who is under the age of eighteen (18). Think carefully before you do so. Be sure you can afford to pay, and that you want to accept responsibility.BASIC GUARANTY -
To induce ITI Business College to enter into a payment plan for the tuition and fees of the student listed on this agreement, I/we guarantee prompt and full payment of all tuition and fees as outlined in the ITI Business College Tuition Protection Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.COMPLAINTS:
Any questions or problems not satisfactorily answered by the Student Services Department or the Chief Academic Officer at ITI Business College Career School (312-528-9114) should be directed to the State Board of Private Licensed Schools, Illinois Department of Education, Springfield, Illinois, 62701.Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof. Recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor. (FTC Rule effective 5-14-76.)
